Nose - Clean, youthful, medium- intensity of apples, sweet spice and tropical fruit, subtly floral.
Palate - Off-dry, high acid, medium intensity, medium alcohol, medium+ length. Apples, peaches, lychees, elderflower, sweet spice.
This is really lovely. Beautiful aromas, with ripe fruit on the foretaste, and tart apple on the aftertaste. It has a fascinating, subtle blend of flavours. A massive hit in our house.
